Our Story

Slow Morning Sleep was born in a season of stillness.

After losing my dog Cali, I took a step back from everything. I needed time to grieve, to breathe, and to ask myself what really mattered. As a relationship coach, I’ve spent years helping people feel seen, safe, and understood in their most vulnerable moments. But during that time, I realized I needed space to feel those things again too.

That’s when this idea found me.

I didn’t just want to create another product. I wanted to create something that carried intention. Something that could live inside someone’s real life, not just their aesthetic one. A reminder that how we rest, how we connect, how we show love (to ourselves and each other) is what makes a life meaningful.

These pillowcases are made from 100% mulberry silk, but they’re more than just luxury bedding. They’re a soft place to land at the end of a hard day. A small ritual to come back to when the world feels loud. A gentle invitation to slow down.

Each one has a hidden pocket, sewn in with care, for love notes, affirmations, or whatever reminder you need most:

That you’re safe.

That you’re loved.

That you don’t have to do it all alone.

That it’s okay to rest.

Slow Morning Sleep is a love letter to the little things. A product of my own healing.

A way to turn softness into strength, and presence into practice.

Because the relationships that matter most, starting with the one you have with yourself, deserve to be nurtured.

Soft nights. Slow mornings. That’s what we’re about.
