We currently ship within the U.S. via USPS and UPS.

Processing Time:
For pre-orders, please allow 4–5 weeks for your order to be carefully packed and shipped.

Once we're out of the pre-order window, standard orders will ship within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Time:
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Need it faster? Reach out and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Shipping Cost:
Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

RETURNS

We hope you love your order. But if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you.

Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns of unused, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at hello@slowmorningsleep.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Conditions:
– Items must be in original condition (unwashed, unused, and in original packaging)
– Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS?

Email us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right, no questions asked.
